Tandoori Chicken Marinade

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
4 clovesfinely minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

3/4 teaspoon Accent® seasoning mix (MSG) - optional
Mix all ingredients together and marinade chicken
overnight.
