SINGAPORE SLING

• 2 parts Gin
• 1 part Cherry Brandy
• 1/2 part lemon juice
• A dash of sugar syrup
• 3 drops Angostura Bitters
• Soda

Shake all ingredients (except soda) with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain and pour into a tumbler. Top up with soda.

SEX ON THE BEACH

• 3/4 shot Peach Schnapps
• 1 shot Vodka
• A splash of cranberry juice
• A splash of orange juice
• A splash of pineapple juice

Shake together with ice.

BLACK RUSSIAN

• 1 shot Vodka
• 1 shot Tia Maria
• Coca Cola

Mix Tia Maria and Vodka with ice and then top up glass with cola.

LONG ISLAND ICE TEA

• 1/2 shot Vodka
• 1/2 shot White Rum
• 1/2 shot Triple Sec
• 1/2 shot Gin
• 3 count sweet & sour mix
• 3 count Coca Cola

Fill glass 3/4 with ice. Add all ingredients except cola and shake well in a cocktail shaker. Pour into glass over the ice. Add cola

PINA COLADA

• 1 1/4 shot White Rum
• Coconut cream
• Pineapple juice

Mix together with ice and serve in a large glass with a chunk of pineapple on the rim, a cherry, a cocktail umbrella and two straws.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

• 2 shots white Tequila
• One glass orange juice
• 1 shot Grenadine

Pour Tequila into chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Fill up with orange juice stir and pour Grenadine on top so that it will sink to the bottom.

MARGARITA

• 4 -6 cubes (cracked) ice
• 3 measures white Tequila
• 1 measure Triple Sec
• 2 measures lime juice

Rub rim of chilled cocktail glass with lemon wedge and dip in coarse salt to frost. Put cracked ice cubes in shaker with the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into prepared glass and decorate with a lemon wedge.

BLUE LAGOON

• 1 shot Vodka
• 1 shot Blue Curaçao
• 4 shots lemonade

Fill a glass with ice. Add the ingredients one after the other in the order mentioned. Garnish with a cherry and a lemon wedge.

COSMOPOLITAN

• 1 shot Vodka
• 1/2 shot Triple Sec
• 1/2 shot Cranberry Juice
• 1/2 shot Lime Juice

Add ingredients to cocktail mixer, shake, strain into a chilled glass.

KAMIKAZE

• 1 shot Vodka
• A dash of sour mix
• 3/4 shot Triple Sec
• A dash of lime juice

Shake together with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
