How To Make Protein Smoothie


Ingredients
  • 1 Banana (cut into chucks)
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 3 large Strawberries
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein
  • ½ cup Skim Milk
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
  • In a blender, take together milk, banana, whey protein, yogurt and ice cubes and blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Now, add the strawberries and blueberries and run the blender again.
  • Serve chilled. Your fresh and yummy protein smoothie is all ready to be devoured.
High Whey Protein Smoothie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein
  • 1 cup of Soy Milk
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes
Procedure
  • In a blender, meld almonds, raisins, banana, soy milk, whey protein and ice cubes and blend till smooth.
  • Pour out into tall glasses and serve.
Pineapple And Tofu Protein Smoothie Recipe
 
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup Tofu
  • 1 ½ cups Pineapple
  • ¼ cup Plain Non Fat Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • Fresh or frozen Strawberries and Mango
  • Soy Milk for taste
  • 3 or 4 Baby Carrots
  • 4-5 Almonds
Procedure
  • Take tofu, pineapple, banana and yogurt and blend together.
  • Now, add mangoes, strawberries, almonds and baby carrots to the smoothie and blend again.
  • Add desired amount of soy milk to the fruit smoothie and blend once again.
  • Pour it in tall glasses and enjoy a slushy smoothie.
Pina Colada Protein Smoothie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 6 oz Banana Creme Pie Light Nonfat Yogurt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Plain Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Fresh Pineapple (cut into chunks)
  • ¼ cup Raw Coconut
  • Ice Cubes
Instruction
  • In a blender, take the pineapple and banana cream pie nonfat yogurt and blend till the desired slush is achieved.
  • Add milk, protein powder, ice cubes and raw coconut to the smoothie and blend together again.
  • Pour out in drinking glasses and serve.
Peachy Raspberry High Protein Smoothie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Cashews (soaked in water for 4-8 hours)
  • 1 cup Raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup Peaches (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 2 tbsp Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Ice Cubes
Instructions
  • Darin the cashews from the soaked water and add them in a blender. Add fresh water and blend till smooth.
  • Add raspberries, peaches, protein powder, agave and vanilla to the cashew nut smoothie and blend again.
  • Add crushed ice to the smoothie and run the blender once again.
  • Pour out in smoothie glasses. Serve.
Melon Melody Protein Smoothie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peach Fat-Free Frozen Yogurt
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • ½ cup Cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup Honey Dew Melon
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • ½ cup Watermelon
  • 2 tbsp Protein Powder
Instruction
  • Take together yogurt, milk, and strawberries in a blender and blend till smooth and slushy.
  • Now add cantaloupe, melon, and ice and blend once again.
  • Pour out the smoothie in tall glasses and serve.
